and Courses
If you have not used a photo studio and would like start taking
portraits, pictures of family and friends or shoot models in the
studio then I can help you get started with tuition and guidance on
the use of lighting, your camera and posing,
I can arrange a special individual shoot and select a suitable model
on your behalf. (Depending on your requirements there will be a
small additional fee to the studio and model costs for this
service.)
I have considerable experience helping photographers get started
or enabling them to build on their existing skills. The courses are
intensive practical studio sessions on a one to one basis and will
be paced and biased to meet your level and experience.
I will work with you and give you the skills and experience to work
independently and get the results you want to achieve. This is a
custom course to match your objectives and experience with a
suitable model for what you want to achieve.
Below is the basic course outline:
- The course is arranged for a date and time to suit you
(including weekends, evenings or weekdays whatever suits)
- All Courses are on a one to one basis.
- Scope and content to meet your specific needs.
- Intensive practical hands on approach to learning studio
lighting.
- Professional model - covering subjects from head shot to art
nude as required.
- Content and method developed over 100's of courses.

- Not a Group Course it’s just for you.

Basic Studio Starter Course
The Course includes all studio basics to get you started and
covers lighting for headshots, portraits, glamour and nude work with
practical examples using a professional model.
You can choose to include glamour for headshots, portraits,
glamour and nude work or lifestyle and fashion.
During the course you will be using practical demonstrations to
cover the subjects, the exact format and content are customised to
your specific needs before the shoot or before making a booking. The
course is one to one so you get the most out of the course and
working with a professional model. (If required a digital camera
this can be loaned to evaluate the results).
